Oero’s corporate reputation is based on the happiness of our customers and consumers, our distributed products are always preferred as we meet and exceed expectations.
To protect our reputation, we are determined to achieve sustainable and profitable growth by developing standards for delivering quality products within our portfolio to our customers and consumers.
Each Oero employee has a responsibility to protect Oero’s product quality management and is passionate about providing a superior consumer experience through continuous improvement of quality.

These Rules are valid for product quality at manufacturing, storage, dispatch, exhibition, marketing, communication, sales and destruction stages of all the products in Oero’s portfolio.

We have developed the following rules for our employees and business partners to adhere to in order to uphold Oero’s reputation.


THINGS TO DO
All employees in product storage, distribution, marketing and sales must undertake the following:
To apply all Quality Management Standards

To develop a quality performance with systematic application of structured, continuous improvement process.
To effectively manage food safety regulations and other legal terms to ensure the products in Oero’s portfolio match the legal compliance and to protect the brand value.
TTo decrease quality risks by applying Risk Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) system.
To ensure that the facility and equipment are designed to meet the product quality conditions and are suitable for storage and transport conditions.
To effectively apply processes to check all the products in the supply chain when an unsuitable product is identified in the supply chain and ensure traceability.
To effectively collect the messages and communication from the consumers and customers and to apply an effective system to answer these needs appropriately. To take the necessary actions for preventive and corrective activities.
To apply an effective process to measure, store, assess and improve quality parameters and data.
To make decisions that impact the quality based on necessary know-how.


THINGS TO BE AVOIDED
To distribute products and/or activities that might compromise Oero’s brand value including the promotion of products, campaign activities, and services by our employees.
To disregard any information that might jeopardize a possible/existing product quality/safety issue. In such cases, the employees need to immediately speak to their first officer.
To hide quality measurements, data, and results or to make any deliberate changes to this data.
To make decisions about quality without sufficient know-how and skills
To inform the customers or consumers about the product quality/product safety without authorization.
