OUR MANIFESTO

Prior to the COVID-19 global pandemic, we had expressed that our world was facing significant social and environmental problems. This has been further highlighted since the COVID-19 pandemic and we now need to act more than ever.
We know our responsibility; we are a company with purpose-oriented people and brands and aim to achieve a sustainable life.
Although we were able to use our resources and relationships at Oero during this pandemic to avoid leaving our country outside of the supply chain, we witnessed numerous other countries experiencing supply chain issues.
We therefore need to think we may face hunger and food problems in case of another pandemic and be prepared in advance. We need to understand the value of the soil and importance of agricultural land in order to be self-sufficient and look for diversity in our suppliers.
Whilst the agricultural and animal husbandry processes need to be totally reorganized, it needs to be done so and shaped around higher quality, healthier, more environmentally friendly, more sustainable and more local concepts rather than a ‘more production’ motto.

Oero Sustainable Life Strategy

We aim to complete the projects which were started in 2021 with our stakeholders, using the expertise we’ve gained throughout the pandemic incorporating our Oero Sustainable Life Strategy by 2022.

Issues that we were addressing have now come to the forefront of public consciousness and sustainability targets are no longer just an additional value for stakeholders, but a necessity.

We may not have always done the right thing, but we continue to learn throughout the process of striving towards our goal to be pioneers in sustainability.

The Oero Manifesto enables us to place service for our stakeholders at the centre of everything we do.

We have no doubt that this path we walk on is the best one for both us and our planet. With the vision guided by Oero Sustainable Life Strategy, we aim to act together with our suppliers, customers and consumers to build a better future.
We want to take our company and business to new horizons.

We want to emphasise and reinforce our respect for human rights. We aim to put forward ambitious action plans with NGOs to solve the most important problems of today’s world, benefit from the power and impact of the brands and sustain the positive change by realizing our targets whilst racing against time.


We will act to make our planet more habitable. We will act for the climate. We will protect and improve nature. We will build a world free of waste.
We will put on our efforts for a fairer and more inclusive world. We will consider equality, cultural diversity and inclusivity in all our activities. We will act as Oero to increase the living standards and to prepare individuals for the ways of work of the future.

While doing all that, we will improve the health and wellbeing of all individuals. Our brands will be at the centre of these efforts just like they have always been from the first day of our establishment.

We believe that this will create an incredible difference. We understand that the biggest obstacle for a company to act is due to the limitations of what they can achieve on their own. Therefore, we are determined to work with other stakeholders and NGOs to enhance our potential and power together.

Our message for everyone who dreams of a fairer and more inclusive society and healthier planet is clear: We don’t have a minute to waste. Let’s take action together now.
